应用：Application:

广泛适用于真空脱气、真空冶炼、真空干燥、真空热处理等工艺中。大型泵型更适用于钢水的真空处理、空间模拟、低密度风洞装置等。

特点：Features:

■不仅有运行时过载保护作用，还有提高在较高入口压力（较低真空度）时的抽速

■溢流阀调整进气口和排气口的压力，使运行更加安全可靠

■运用骨架密封，密封性能好

■两个转动部件（叶轮）间有一定间隙，互不接触、摩擦，因此不需要润滑油。

There exists a gap between the two rotating components (impeller), without touch and frictions, so rubric oil is no need.

■由于转动部件完全对称，有很好的平衡性。

As the rotating components completely symmetrical, there is good balance

■转动部件支撑在四个轴承上，因此运转时机械振动小，噪音极低

The rotating components are supported by four bearings, so there is only small mechanical vibration and extreme low noise when running.

■在很大的压力范围内（1×103Pa-1Pa）有很大的抽速，填补了双极旋片泵在这个压力范围的抽速减弱缺陷，同时也可以作为增压泵使用。

The pump rate is very high under huge pressure range (1×103Pa-1Pa). The defect of pump rate reduction for Bipolar Rotary-vane Pumps under this pressure range is filled, meanwhile it can also be used as booster pumm.
